THE BULLETPROOF LEADER is
an 8-hour instructional course
designed for peer support, critical incident stress
management (CISM), field training officers (FTO's), trainers, mentors,
clinicians, medical, Chaplains, dispatch, military parole, probation,
corrections and other individuals who work with, supervise and respond to
critical employee incidents and employees in crisis.
Course participants will engage in individual and group
dynamics to study; core areas of personal and professional distress. In
addition to studying outcomes and lessons learned from the Indianapolis Model,
the course will introduce innovative strategies for
early intervention to avert peer crisis based on proven and
effective methods
